Your name came up through a search I’ve conducted regarding lawyer who have taken on Allstate regarding the methods employed over the past 15-20 years. I am currently defending a chiropractor in Las Vegas, NV who has been sued by Allstate and the approach they are taking here seems to be consistent with the methods established through the McKinsey documents. But, I’m having a difficult time getting the information that I need.
